Affiliate program FAQ

How much commission do I earn?
A flat 10% on every referred order, from your first sale onward. There are no tiers to climb and the rate never drops. Commission is calculated on the merchandise subtotal, excluding shipping and tax.
Who is this program for?
Anyone with an audience of extractors, processors, dispensaries, brand owners or DIY vape builders: industry consultants, YouTube and blog reviewers, packaging designers, trade-show contacts and B2B sales reps. You do not need to be a customer to join.
How long does the referral cookie last?
Your link tracks visitors for 30 days after the click. Any order placed in that window is credited to you, and the first affiliate to refer a customer keeps lifetime attribution if the cookie is cleared.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are held for 14 days after the order to allow for returns and chargebacks, then become payable. We pay by PayPal, Zelle, ACH or store credit — email [email protected] from your dashboard to request a payout. There is no minimum.
I run a coupon or deal site. What do I earn?
Coupon, deal and cashback sites earn a flat 3% on referred orders, with no tier increases. These sites mostly reach shoppers who are already about to buy, so the standard 10-20% tiers are reserved for affiliates who introduce new customers through their own content and audience. We always tell you in writing before this rate applies, it only covers orders placed after that notice, and you can ask us to review your category at any time.
Where can I promote my link?
Your website, YouTube, industry forums, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, podcasts and direct outreach to businesses you know. Do not run paid search on our brand terms, spam, or make product claims we do not make ourselves.

Program terms

  • Commission is a flat 10% of the merchandise subtotal (excluding shipping, tax and shipping protection).
  • Commissions are held for 14 days after the order to allow for returns; cancelled or refunded orders reverse the commission.
  • Self-referrals (ordering through your own link or on your own account) are not eligible.
  • A minimum order value of $50 is required for commission eligibility.
  • Coupon, deal and cashback sites earn a flat 3% commission. This applies to affiliates whose main way of promoting us is listing discount codes, deals or cashback offers (coupon and deal websites, deal forums, cashback portals and browser coupon extensions). The 3% rate does not move up the Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers. Creators, reviewers and communities that recommend Vape Pens Wholesale to their own audience earn the standard tiered rates. We decide the category from how an account promotes us, tell the affiliate in writing before the 3% rate applies, and apply it only to orders placed after that notice. You can ask us to review your category at any time.
  • No paid search or social ads on “Vape Pens Wholesale”, “VPWholesale” or misspellings; no spam, incentivised clicks or misleading claims.
  • All buyers must be 21+ and purchasing hardware for lawful use; affiliates may not target minors or make health claims.
  • Vape Pens Wholesale may change commission rates or end the program at any time with notice in your dashboard.
